A variation Grand Pop Walters sauce from when Chef Cutter was a kid in D.C. The main flavors arise from fresh peaches slowly stewed in brown sugar simple syrup and a healthy amount of Jameson's Black Barrel Whiskey! Then slow simmered over the course of two days to a thick rib hugging consistency.
